President at D&B Properties, responsible for managing the purchase, financing and leasing of approximately $10 million worth of real estate per year in and around the Chattanooga area. The company bought 25 to 30 $130,000 single family homes and several commercial properties each year.

Kwk-kash Funding is a private lender that provides transactional financing for short sales and other real-estate double closing transactions. At its peak Kwk-Kash funding was lending $10 Million a month.

Miracle Heat, Inc

President at Miracle Heat. Darrell started The Company at 24 years of age. The Company manufactured wood stove accessories, satellite antennas and patio furniture. The company had approximately 100 employees. In this time Darrell earned two patents and traveled extensively throughout the United States for various trade shows and to meet with current and prospective customers. Actively involved in the design, development and bringing to the market of all products. The Company grossed approximately $4.5 million in sales with an average of 15 to 17 percent net profits. The products were sold nationally in major retailers like Home Depot, Lowes and Wal-Mart.
